St. Leonard's Church or Church of the Fourteen Holy Helpers

The origins of the church are documented in the commemorative publication of 1990. This commemorative publication is available in German and in Italian inside the church. On Sundays and holidays, the Eucharistic celebration is in Italian at 10am and there are May devotions at 8pm in Italian during the month of May.

The Gothic high altar dating back to the 15th century is a real jewel. Unfortunately, it was coated a few times and became very kitschy. The conservator Sylvie Spadari from Merano cleaned the whole altar. The original colour could be revealed again and the missing parts were completed so that the altar could regain its original expressiveness.
